I work with all types of adults; those wanting strength and balance to those wanting muscular development and toning, for young adults to seniors. Activation, Resistance & Movement
My approach to fitness is to incorporate activation (core, balance, plyometric), resistance and movement exercises into workouts, including working individual sides of the body. These approaches will help build stability, bone density, improve posture, muscle imbalances, cardiovascular health as well as building muscle and tone. You can get fit, healthy and at your best with consistent and progressive exercise.
