The value of one on one personal training allows me to customize a training program just for you based on your goals. I will show you proper technique, which exercises and programs are right for you, when and how to incorporate new routines, and provide support and feedback throughout your fitness journey. The difference with me is, I don't just show you how to do an exercise, I will put together a plan with long and short term goals that incorporate progression through different phases. I do all training at my home gym, which is complete with Rogue & RepFitness equipment plus medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, ViPR fitness tube, TRX suspension trainer, steel mace, balance trainers, step up boxes and more. For tennis athletes, I also incorporate some fitness exercises on our local tennis courts. Book your personal training by clicking the button below . You can book a one time session for $65. The best option is to book the 3 month plan, which you can cancel after the first month. With this plan you get a $10 discount off of the $65 per session rate to $55 per session, with two sessions every week for 3 months. I look forward to working with you on achieving your goals.
