The value of one on one personal training allows me to customize a training program just for you based on your goals, whether that is chair exercises, balance/stability exercises or weight lifting.  I will show you proper technique, the best exercises and programs for you, when and how to incorporate new routines, and provide the best support and feedback throughout your fitness journey.  I offer different pricing plans to choose from, with each session customized for you.  My goal is to get you Fit, Healthy and at Your Best.  To get Fit you need exercises and training programs that work the entire body, including your feet and ankles.  I am a big believer in cardio and compound movements that work more than just one muscle at a time, and some isolation exercises depending on your needs.  To get Healthy you have to have proper nutrition with the right portions, with foods low in sugar and saturated fats AND plenty of water and sleep.  To Be Your Best you need to stay committed and make this approach a lifestyle change.  It will also help lower stress, which lowering stress works hand in hand with getting fit, healthy and at your best easier.

 

The difference with me is, I don't just show you how to do an exercise, I will put together a plan with long and short term goals that incorporate progression through different phases, and explain why this exercise is good for you. I do training at my home gym, which is complete with Rogue & RepFitness equipment plus medicine balls, stability balls, kettlebells, ViPR fitness tube, TRX suspension trainer, steel mace, balance trainers, step up boxes and more.  For tennis athletes,  I also incorporate some fitness exercises on our local tennis courts.  In addition,  I offer personal training remotely, through Zoom, Facetime and/or custom videos sent to you on your specific workout training programs.  Book your personal training by clicking the button below .  To start, I will do a series of assessments to determine your current health, posture and fitness level, then design a custom training program just for you.

You can book a one time session for $65.  The best option is to book the 3 month plan, which you can cancel after the first month.  With this plan you get a $10 discount off of the $65 per session rate to $55 per session, with two sessions every week for 3 months.  I look forward to working with you on achieving your goals.
