 In my videos, I show you different exercises and training programs designed just for Seniors/50 Plus and a different set of videos for Tennis Athletes.  Many of my exercise and training programs work for both Senior and Tennis Athletes, but the emphasis is different, such as working out different target muscles, sets and reps.  Tennis athletes will have more emphasis (exercises) on core, speed, agility, quickness and plyometric exercises, while seniors might have more emphasis on balance, training muscle imbalances and strengthening exercises.  My videos are based on certified training concepts and experience that work.  Don't just google any exercise video, come to Santa Fe Senior Fit as your destination for fitness.
