Modality Exercise Videos

Modalities are different apparatuses to incorporate into training programs.  They include kettlebells, ViPR fitness tubes, Steel Mace, TRX Suspension and more. Kettlebells are a versatile piece of training equipment that help improve grip strength and muscle imbalances since they are mainly unilateral movements which can work the weaker side of the body, but can work bilateral as well.  The Steel Mace helps with core strength, stability and upper body power.  Almost all modality workouts build strength, stability, balance, agility and improve aerobic capacity and coordination.  They are a great addition to any workout, but should be used with caution and start out slowly to learn the right movements.
